Eric Baird, Founder, President & CEO

Eric Baird, CEO of MyUS.com

Eric has produced innovative global ecommerce opportunities for U.S. merchants and international consumers for 15 years. Eric's vision and entrepreneurial spirit have guided MyUS.com, d.b.a. of Access USA Shipping, Inc., to an average annual growth rate of 70%. His passion for numbers has enabled Eric to spearhead the development of highly effective proprietary fraud-protection techniques for MyUS.com with the result that the company's chargeback ratio is enviable by any retail or other sector standard.

As a co-founder and Vice President of MultiNational Concepts, Ltd. Eric's integrated programs created the leading international mailing list and database maintenance provider for direct marketers. MultiNational Concepts held more than 80% of the market share at the time of its acquisition by Acxiom Corporation in 1997.

Eric graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Finance from the University of Arizona.

John Godshall, CTO

John Godshall, Chief Technology Officer

John brings to MyUS.com more than 25 years of experience in software development and engineering as well as strategic business planning. He leads MyUS.com in the development of new technology and processes from R&D to the live environment. John’s expertise in ecommerce, quality control and instrumentation solutions are a natural fit with the demands of international logistics, payment processing and merchant services.

John drew the technology roadmap for companies such as ProLink Solutions, a leading provider of GPS solutions for the golfing industry, and for his own venture, The Development Works. He led the engineering teams at PinMark, a developer of golf-course management systems, and at laser based product manufacturers Spectra-Precision and LaserMike.

John graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Wright State University.

Robert Chodock, Chief Marketing Officer

Robert Chodock, Chief Marketing Officer

Robert brings over 15 years of B2B and B2C marketing and business development experience to MyUS.com. He leads marketing and business development for MyUS.com.

Robert joined MyUS.com in January 2009 after spending over 12 years working for the American Express Company in various marketing and business development positions. Prior to American Express he worked at The Bank of New York Mellon and JP Morgan Chase.

Robert graduated with an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business and has a B.S. in Economics from Cornell University.


Robin Roach, Customer Service Manager

Robin leads the MyUS.com teams of customer service representatives and personal shoppers. Her expertise in exceeding customer and merchant expectations and establishing solid training programs for MyUS.com staff makes her invaluable.

Robin's customer service background includes many years as Director of Customer Service at Comcast Cable and at G. Neil Companies. She is a creative thinker who brings calm and order to fast-paced environments. She embraces the role technology plays in making customer service operations efficient and yet exceptional.

Robin graduated with an M.B.A. from The Keller School of Management.

Corey Stone, IT Manager

Corey is the guiding force behind a busy IT team. He is responsible for executing the priorities identified by our CTO John Godshall and by the members of our management team. He maximizes the efficiency of our IT staff who work with an ever evolving array of technologies and also monitors ongoing projects to ensure delivery in scope and on time.

Corey has 15 years of experience in management and software development. After getting his start as a software engineer for Deloitte & Touche, he did programming for workers’ compensation insurance software solutions and owned a company that provided golf management software for The PGA of America.

Corey holds degrees from Saint Mary's University and the Information Technology Institute.
